There are two approaches to sports injuries treatment and prevention. The first approach is treating the symptoms. It means that when you feel pain you take in painkillers. It is a quick solution. But the problem is long term. The second approach claims that one should prevent joint deterioration. It is longer but more effective. Now it is for you to decide what is better for you.
